Support Centre

Our Support Centre is named just that because it is there to support our store network. To be a success in your role and to make our vision a reality we need our team members focused on supporting our frontline staff, improving and enhancing customer service, reinvigorating the technology that we use, offering on trend merchandise at competitive prices and transforming the look and feel of our stores.

Distribution Centre

Our facility based in Western Sydney is world class with the latest state of the art equipment. Our DC team understands that efficiency is key and it needs like minded people to join the vision. Career opportunities are available for those wanting to earn their stripes in this fast paced and changing environment.

Training & Development

We offer more than just jobs at Best & Less! We provide a career path with supported training and development along the way. From our front line team members, Store Managers right through to our Senior Management, we believe in providing people with the required knowledge and skills to be a success.

We offer training programs that encompass on-the-job and off-the-job learning to ensure we set people up for success.

Our management teams, Support Centre and Distribution Centre staff also have access to a range of structured training program including nationally accredited traineeships in retail.
