Lay-bys
Best
& Less is happy to offer you a lay-by service on any purchase of $10 or
more in any of our stores across Australia. All that we require is a $1.50 lay-by fee
and a deposit of 10% of the total purchase.
From the date of the original purchase, you then have 8 weeks to pay off the outstanding balance.
Within the 8 week lay-by period, you can pay the balance in one lump sum, or make smaller payments to suit your budget. Payments can be made at any register at the store holding your lay-by purchase. The final payment should be made at the lay-by counter.
A fee of $1.50 applies to any lay-by cancelled either within the 8 week period or if your lay-by is cancelled due to exceeding the 8 week period.

Refund Policy
With
a Best & Less receipt
- Best & Less customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange on presentation of the receipt
- You are entitled to a full refund only if the merchandise is in the original condition as purchased and the items have not been worn or washed, or if the merchandise is faulty.
Without
a Best & Less receipt
- You are only entitled to
a refund without your receipt if the merchandise is faulty.
- You are only entitled to an exchange if the merchandise is in the original condition as purchased and the items have not be worn or washed.
- If you return merchandise without a receipt, you will be offered an exchange or a merchandise credit.
- All items refunded without a receipt will be credited at the current sell price.
