• Best & Less customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange on presentation of the receipt

• You are entitled to a full refund only if the merchandise is in the original condition as purchased and the items have not been worn or washed, or if the merchandise is faulty.

Without a Best & Less receipt

• You are only entitled to a refund without your receipt if the merchandise is faulty.
  

• You are only entitled to an exchange if the merchandise is in the original condition as purchased and the items have not be worn or washed.

•  If you return merchandise without a receipt, you will be offered an exchange or a merchandise credit.

•  All items refunded without a receipt will be credited at the current sell price.
