A day in the life of an Assistant Store Manager
A manager’s role is demanding! One minute you are a sales sensation, the next fashion stylists, five minutes later you are trainers, firemen, mathematicians, first aiders and entrepreneurs. We understand everyone has a life outside of work, you will work hard but we won’t work you too hard! At Best & Less we are appreciative and respectful of this.
In your role you will be:
· Committed to achieving maximum sales for your store

To become apart of the best team you will have:
- A minimum of two + years proven experience in a similar role
- Great leadership skills, ability to identify and develop talent
- Proven sales gathering experience
- Proven experience in developing and motivating a team
- Experience in a high volume retail environment
- You dot your I’s and you cross your t’s (attention to detail)
- Creative flare for visual merchandising
- A consistent and positive attitude to add to the team
- A strong business acumen
- Effective planning & time management skills
