Best & Less is experiencing significant growth and as a result of this we are searching for the BEST Assistant Manager to join the team at our Mildura store!
As a Best & Less Assistant Manager, you will work closley with your Store Manager and team to deliver sales targets and strive to build the business.
You will instil standards of excellence into your team and will ensure your store is merchandised according to visual merchandising guidelines.
We will empower you to 'have a go' and you will be encouraged and supported to engaged in old fashioned sales gathering.
Within this role you eill have overall responsibility for:
* Store sales and wage results
* Store presentation
* Customer service
* Loss Prevention
* Health, Safety and Environment
Successful Assistant Managers will have a strong achievemnet drive and attention to detail. We are looking for retailers with exceptional planning skills and the ability to build highly motivated, engaged and performing teams.
