We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Standard shipping orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after being placed, however during peak periods dispatch may take longer.
We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express shipping orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for orders including school wear.
Dispatch times during promotional periods may take slightly longer than usual.
Deliveries to and postings from the islands off the coasts of Tasmania, North Queensland and the Northern Territory require between 9-25 business days.

Best&Less' Ship to Store delivery method has been temporarily paused. All orders placed using Ship to Store before it was paused will be fulfilled and delivered to your selected store. If you have any concerns about your Ship to Store order, please contact our Customer Service team.
Best&Less Ship To Store orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse and will typically take 6-12 business days to be ready to collect from your local store. This could be longer in regional areas.
Ship To Store is FREE for orders over $50 and $3 for all other orders.
You can track the status and estimated delivery time of your order by entering the unique tracking number emailed to you when the parcel leaves our warehouse into the Australia Post search engine. Visit www.auspost.com.au/track.
Authority to Leave
Should no one be able to sign for your package, you may choose to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel at its intended delivery address. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Please note that by selecting this checkbox, you give us authority to leave the parcel unattended at the premises. Best&Less accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels as a result of you providing this instruction.
