Best&Less Home Delivery service continues to operate across Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Our warehouse team have been working hard over the last few months to clear through the backlog of orders and we are now shipping orders from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 working days.
While our online orders are now leaving our warehouse on time there may also be some delivery delays depending on Australia Post's network capacity. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link within.
Update to Express Shipping - 01/07/2020
Best&Less Express shipping is now available again at checkout and if you order before 3pm AEST on weekdays you will get same day dispatch. However, Australia Post's Express network capacity is still experiencing delays and this may impact your express post order. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link.If you have any concerns about your Express shipping order, please contact our Customer Service team.
Update to Ship to Store - 01/07/2020
Best&Less Ship To Store orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse and will typically take 6-12 business days to be ready to collect from your local store. This could be longer in regional areas.
Ship To Store is FREE for orders over $50 and $3 for orders under $50.
You can track the status and estimated delivery time of your order by entering the unique tracking number emailed to you when the parcel leaves our warehouse into the Australia Post search engine. Visit www.auspost.com.au/track.
Should no one be able to sign for your package, you may choose to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel at its intended delivery address. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Please note that by selecting this checkbox, you give us authority to leave the parcel unattended at the premises. Best&Less accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels as a result of you providing this instruction.
