Since 1965, Best&Less has grown from a single shop in Sydney to become a national multi-channel retailer. We now operate 200 stores in 8 states and territories, and employ over 4,300 people.
Remaining true to our founding values of high quality and low prices, we work hard to ensure that we make affordable fashion and quality basics available to everybody.
We’re proud of our products and prices, but we know that our magic is in our people and our culture. We are a group of people – affectionately known as Besties - bound by a passion for making fun and affordable fashion available for all Australians. We believe that, with ambition, energy and enthusiasm, together we can make anything happen.
If you love to love the place at which you work, are passionate about great service and want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
We value and nurture great talent, and have some innovative programmes to help build outstanding retail careers. From The Future Leaders Programme to a belief in promoting people from within, we are committed to helping our people shape their professions. We celebrate success with great enthusiasm, and have a variety of reward and recognition programmes.
No matter which area of the business you join, you’ll find there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and develop a rewarding career. And best of all, we will have fun along the way!
