The health and safety of our staff and customers is one of our utmost priorities. In respect to the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to update you on how we’re practicing the highest hygiene standards possible to continue providing for our communities.

Like many retailers, other busisnesses and the community, COVID-19 is placing a lot of pressure on our business, yet we are doing our best to serve you as per normal and we thank you for your understanding in this unprecedented time.

We understand and appreciate your frustration caused by our delays. At the moment we are experiencing a significant increase in customer queries so please rest assured that a member of our team will get in touch at the first available chance. Please note our Standard Delivery service may take 5 working days to leave our Sydney warehouse. Please reframe from reaching out to our customer service team if you query relates to your delay in order.

Our stores are remaining open so you can get the essentials your family need. We have large format stores and we are ensuring proper parameters are in place to follow Government advice, with our teams increasing personal and store hygiene practices, ongoing monitoring and social distancing measures in store.
While in-stores, please remain 1.5m away from one another in the store. Use tap and pay where possible. Sanitise or wash your hands before you come into the store. If you should be self-isolating, we ask that you respect our teams and customers by not visiting our stores and rather make use of our online shop and home delivery. These measures are essential in minimising the spread of this virus.

Best&Less stores are excited to announce our stores are now available for phone orders. Simpy call your local store with the details of your order.Our store staff will have it ready in-store for you to pick-up quickly and safely, or you can opt for it to be couriered to your home for a small delivery fee.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is one of our utmost priorities. In respect to the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to update you on how we’re practicing the highest hygiene standards possible to continue providing for our communities.

We have made changes in-store to combat the spread of illness and ensure we’re able to continue serving the needs of our customers. Some of which include:

  • 1.5m social distancing at the registers, including using alternate registers open to ensure 1.5m is maintained.
  • Our stores will monitor limits to customers allowed in-store to not exceed 100.
  • Ensuring team members are well before starting a shift.
  • Supplying hand sanitiser for staff in each store.
  • Increased cleaning of check out areas, screens and EFTPOS machines.
  • Increased cleaning of our stores by our external contractors.
  • Discontinuing our bra fitting services for the time being.
  • Closing our fitting rooms in-store until further notice.
  • We have added register screens into stores for added protection.

Best&Less is monitoring the situation on a day-by-day basis and will continue to follow the advice set out from public health authorities. Due to an unforeseen increase in demand of certain items, we are experiencing some low stock levels in-store and online and slight delays in processing orders. We ask for your patience in this instance as we are working to have stock levels replenished as soon as possible.

To ensure your safety our stores staff can now offer you some alternative arrangements for your ship to store orders including:

  • Safe pick ups in a different area of the store/building or via the back dock (if possible).
  • Postage of your ship to store order to your home, including a small postage fee.

We understand that you may not want to or are unable to go into stores during this time. If you have a current ship to store order waiting in-store our Besties in store will be happy to hold this for you until a time at which you are free to go into stores.
