Home Delivery & Free Click & Collect
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online shopping experience. To help with this we offer a variety of delivery and collection services to ensure you get your online order as quickly as possible. Home delivery is available Australia wide with $10 Standard Shipping or $14 Express Shipping using Australia post. Free 2 hour* Click & Collect is also available in all of our stores.

Standard Shipping
Best&Less Home Delivery service continues to operate across Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.
Standard Delivery orders are now taking 2 business days to leave our Sydney warehouse. Once the order leaves our warehouse there will be additional transit times for the parcel to be sent to you through Australia Post.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link within.
Express Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day. Once the order leaves our warehouse there will be additional transit times for the parcel to be sent to you through Australia Post.

Please note that some schoolwear items are not be eligible for express shipping. If these items have been added to your cart, you will not see express shipping as an option at checkout.
Australia Post Updates
Our delivery partner is Australia Post. Once your order is picked and packed at our warehouse it is then dispatched to Australia post to deliver it to you. While Australia Post do everything they can to get your order to you as quickly as possible there are some things out of their control that may cause disruptions or delays. Click & Collect
Best&Less Click & Collect orders are fullfilled from our store network and will typically be available to collect in store within 2 hours. This applies when having ordered during store opening hours, out of hours orders will be available the next day. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Public Holidays
Please note our warehouse will be closed during public holidays. Our team work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possibly. Any standard or express shipping orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible on the next business day.
*2 hour Click & Collect applies when having ordered during store opening hours, out of hours orders will be available the next day.
