Pre-order items haven’t arrived in-store yet, but we’re giving you early access to guarantee you don’t miss out. Each pre-order will be clearly marked, with an estimated dispatch date listed in the product description.

How does pre-order work?

Simply head over to the Best&Less website. Ensure your bag is empty. Order your matching Christmas PJ's for everyone in the family. Check out with your chosen payment method. Simple as that!

Why choose pre-order?

Our pre-order gives you early access to this year’s most-wanted Matching Family Christmas Collections - before they officially arrive in store. When you pre-order, you’re securing your styles ahead of the crowd. Each item will have an estimated dispatch date listed, and if the stock arrives sooner, we’ll send it out straight away! Just a heads up - pre-order items need to be purchased separately from standard Click & Collect or Home Delivery products.

Do I pay shipping on pre-order items?

Yes - our pre-orders are shipped via standard delivery with Australia Post, at a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

You’ll see an estimated dispatch date listed when you place your order. This is the date we expect your festive outfits to leave our Sydney warehouse and begin their journey to you. At the moment we are estimating pre-orders to be shipped in mid to late September!

Can I combine a regular order with a pre-order?

To make sure everything runs smoothly, pre-orders must be placed separately from other home delivery or click & collect items. They can’t be combined in one order.

Can I pre-order in store?

Right now, pre-orders are online only and not available through our store network.

Can I return pre-order items?

Absolutely! All pre-order products are covered by our 100 Day Quality Guarantee. If something’s not quite right, you can return it in store or send it back to our Sydney warehouse.

Can I return pre-order items in store?

Yes! Just bring your item into any Best&Less store for a refund or exchange. You can also check our full returns policy online for more details.

Why do I have to pay for the goods before they are dispatched?

Pre-payment secures your items and guarantees they’re reserved just for you. It also allows us to process your order as soon as stock becomes available, so we can dispatch it without delay.

Can I use Click and Collect?

At this time, pre-orders are exclusively available for home delivery.

What products are available for pre order?

On our category pages, items available for Pre-Order will have a green lable underneath the product saying 'Christmas Pre-order'. You can view our Pre-order range here.

Can I use my birthday promo/friends club promo code on pre-orders?

Yes! You can use your Friends Club birthday promotion code as normal.

Can I exchange the size of my pre-order item after I receive it?

Absolutely! All pre-order products are covered by our 100 Day Quality Guarantee. If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to visit any of our stores to return the item, exchange it, or receive a store credit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note, we’re unable to offer exchanges through our online store.

How do I cancel my pre-order?

If you need to cancel your pre-order for any reason, please contact our team directly. While we cannot guarantee cancellation depending on the status of your order, our team will do their best to assist you. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been cancelled, and your refund should be processed within approximately 5 business days.

How do I change the address on my pre-order once it is placed?

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number ready. While we’ll do our best to help, changes aren’t guaranteed and depend on how far along your order is in the dispatch process. Please note once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes - if you notice an error with your address at this stage please use your AusPost app to redirect your parcel or reach out to Australia Post directly who may still be able to assist.

Can I get my pre-order delivered with express shipping?

Our Christmas Pre-order range is available for standard delivery only.

What if I change my mind after my pre-order is shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, our team are unable to amend or cancel your order. Please note that you’re able to visit any of our stores to return, exchange, or receive a store credit for any items you no longer require. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note, we’re unable to offer exchanges through our online store.

Can I pre-order multiple items at once?

Yes! You will be able to order multiples of products if needed to suit your family. Just a heads-up: there’s a limit of 5 per item per size, to make sure everyone gets a chance to order their favourites!
