Best&Less' Ship to Store delivery method has been temporarily paused. All orders placed using Ship to Store before it was paused will be fulfilled and delivered to your selected store. If you have any concerns about your Ship to Store order, please contact our Customer Service team.
Best&Less is pleased to announce it now offers a Ship to Store service to our customers.
Ship to Store orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse and arrive at your elected store for collection within 6-12 business days. Please note that it may take longer for orders in regional areas.
We understand and appreciate that transit times are longer than customers would like, however, it is our first instalment of Ship to Store and we are working very hard towards reducing it.
How does Ship to Store work?
Ship to Store is a cost-effective alternative to delivery that gives customers control on when and how they collect their orders. Here’s a step-by-step process on how it works:
- Select “Ship to Store” as your delivery option at checkout and nominate the store you would like to collect it from. We will send you collection confirmation by email.
- Once a Ship to Store order has been placed online, the order is processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders take between 6-12 business days to arrive in store. Please note this may take longer in regional areas.
- When the order is ready, we will send you collection instructions by email.
- Go to the elected store with a copy of your order confirmation and collect your items.
Is Ship to Store free?
Ship to Store is free for orders over $50 and $3 for all other orders.
How long are orders held in-store?
You will receive a reminder email after your order has been ready to collect for one week and then another reminder email if your order is still waiting to be collected after two weeks.
Please do your best to collect your order within two weeks of it being ready to collect.
Can someone collect my order for me?
Yes, family and friends can collect Ship to Store orders on your behalf.
To ensure a seamless pick-up process, please make sure they have a copy of the order collection confirmation.
Is Ship to Store available for all stores?
Yes, Ship to Store orders can be placed at any Best&Less store.
Can I return items from my Ship to Store order?
Yes, you can return items from Ship to Store orders for a refund or exchange online and in-store.
Please note that the $3 service fee for orders under $50 is non-refundable.
