1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to customers who have provided feedback and therefore entered via a survey link provided to them during their shopping visit.
3. Entries from feedback forms submitted for stores in the following states or territories are accepted:
   • Australian Capitol Territory
   • Queensland
   • Victoria
   • South Australia
   • Western Australia
   • Northern Territory
   • Tasmania
4. One entry per customer feedback submitted will go into the draw for 1 of four AU $50.00 gift cards per calendar month. Total value of the prize pool is AU $2400.00 over 12 months. The winners will each receive an AU $50.00 Best&Less gift card. Best&Less gift card conditions apply – see bestandless.com.au for details.
5. Customers enter their feedback by completing an online survey. Entries will be completed via one of the following links provided to the customer at https://www.bestandless.com.au/feedback, through emails or direct link to the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XL5PZDJ
6. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the promoter, or any related body corporate of the promoter including their entities, as well as any agency associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
7. The period of this competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 1 May 2020 and ends on 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2019 (“Competition Period”). The Competition Period is made up of two separate prize draw periods (“Prize Draw Periods”), which are:
   • Prize Draw Period 1: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 May 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 31 May 2020 will be included in the prize draw
   • Prize Draw Period 2: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 June 2020 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2020 will be included in the prize draw
8. The draw will be conducted at 9am (AEST) the 2nd Tuesday of the month on the following dates
• Draw 1: 9th June 2020
• Draw 2: 14th July 2020
9. Winners will be notified via phone or email within two days of the draw.
10. The draw will be conducted by Best&Less, Level 1, 657 – 673 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt, Sydney, NSW, 2040, Australia.
11. This is not a game of skill. The four single prize winners will be selected by Best&Less at random through an automatic selection process.
12. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter’s decision is final.
13. Winner’s names will be published on our website www.bestandless.com.au within 7 days of the draw.

2. Eligibility – To be eligible to participate you must provide feedback entered via a survey link provided to customers in store during their shopping visit.
3. You must be an Australian resident and you must not be an employee, contractor, agent or otherwise affiliated with Best & Less or connected to the Competition in any way. Entry into the competition is free (except for any normal internet or mobile connection charges that may apply).
4. How to enter:

5. Key dates - The opening date for the competition is 12:00:00am (AEST) on 1 July 2021 and the closing date is 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 1 August 2022 (“Competition Period”). The Competition Period is made up of twelve separate prize draw periods (“Prize Draw Periods”), which are:

   • Prize Draw Period 9: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 March 2022 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31 March 2022 will be included in the prize draw DRAW DATE: 9AM Tuesday 12th April 2022.
   • Prize Draw Period 10: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 April 2022 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) 30 April 2022 will be included in the prize draw DRAW DATE: 9AM Tuesday 10th May 2022.
   • Prize Draw Period 11: All eligible entries received from 12:00:00am (AEST) 1 May 2022 to 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 31 May 2022 will be included in the prize draw DRAW DATE: 9AM Tuesday 14th June 2022.

6. Prize – There will be 1 of four AU $50.00 gift cards per calendar month to be won during the Competition. The Prize will consist of four individual $50.00 gift cards per month valued at $50 each. Total prize draw is $2600.00
7. Winner selection – The Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The monthly draw will take place on every 2nd Tuesday of each month. at 657-673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2040 and will be drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period (“The Winner”). The Winner will be notified by email by the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The Winners will be published online at https://www.bestandless.com.au/feedback early month. The prize must be claimed within 3 months of the draw. If the prize is not claimed by this date, an unclaimed prize draw will be carried out in the following month. If any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as a replacement winner.
8. Costs and expenses – You will be responsible for all costs in relation to entering and redeeming the Prize. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
9. Modification of offer - Best & Less reserves the right to modify, discontinue or extend this offer at any time. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the Prize. No cash or Prize alternatives are available. However, Best & Less reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal value in the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable. If you are not able to take the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.
10. Privacy - Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this Competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement. Best & Less privacy policy can be found at www.bestandless.com.au/privacypolicy.
11. Disqualification - Best& Less reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reason to believe the entrant has breached the Terms and Conditions. Best& Less legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. Legal – You enter the Competition is at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Best & Less be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any personal injury, loss or damage, errors, defects interruptions, malfunctions or delays connected to or as a result of the Competition. You unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Best & Less from any liability in relation to this Competition including but not limited to any liabilities suffered by Best & less arising from any claim. Once the Prize has left the premises of Best & Less, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.
13. Jurisdiction - Any dispute relating to this Competition shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
